TikTok: IAB NewFronts ’23 & ’24
TikTok has been kicking around NewFronts for a couple of years, but in 2023 and 2024, we made a big splash at the year's biggest media industry gathering.
This event required me to channel TikTok's B2B message through our speaker lineup in a fun and engaging way, as I led scripting for some of our most important and high-priority sessions. In addition to writing the scripts for some of TikTok's key execs, I also put my two cents in wherever necessary to make the Q&A's and panels more engaging for the audience, leveraging popular platform trends to hook the audience's attention in places where the energy was a bit low.
In addition, I worked closely with our design and video teams to ensure the visuals complemented our content onstage. Beyond that, I was a key pen for the end-to-end communications for the event, writing copy for our website, our email comms, and experiential copy displayed on-site.
